#1747 Fizzybot

A sort of capsule shaped robot with a transparent dome making up its top section. In that section is an agitated liquid and the robot, which has banded arms and legs, seems to be straining to make this happen, its eyes screwed tight and its mouth represented by a zigzag line. It has a little tap on its back, presumably to dispense the liquid.

For making liquids fizzier, if what it is you want is for a liquid to be more fizzy.
