#210 Holdbot

a round robot with wheels and an expression of intense concenteation. a slot in its top holds a phone that is mid-call (a timer shows 3 hours and 14 minutes have elapsed) while its four jointed arms hold a contract, an open envelope, a diary open on the month of May and a bank card.

When you get put on hold, slot your phone in the top of this robot and it'll follow you around while you get on with your day. Also retrieves and sorts out relevant documents, cards, etc. so they're ready for you. (Requestbot from @batsgirl)
